I think the club should rethink the trip and go to UP in Michigan where we know there is snow. I know a lot of work has been on planning but there is no guarantee of enough snow in Minnesota.

Hi! I just read the article about your club in the MnUSA "Minnesota Snowmobiling" magazine. I love learning about other clubs! I had to laugh, though - in the part about naming your club, and you said "We could easily have been the Sno Dragons!" - I used to be a Sno Dragon, so I just want to explain where the name came from. Back in 1995, when the club was formed, they tossed around lots of ideas for club names. But a new elementary school had just been built in Andover, and chose the mascot "Dragons" for their school. So, since the kids in the area were already Andover Dragons, the club decided to become the Sno Dragons to be somewhat coordinated (they should have waited until the high school was built a few years later. They are the Andover Huskies, so the club could have been the Sno Huskies - would have made a little more sense!). Anyways, I'm a Sno Baron now, and we owe a lot to the Sno Dragons. Year after year, they tirelessly work to keep Haydays clean. A very hard working club - and you could have had their name! :)
